1. Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We are happy to accommodate both! You are more than welcome to walk in at any time during our regular hours. However, if you’re on a tight schedule, we recommend booking an appointment to guarantee you won’t have to wait during our peak times.
2. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to move or cancel your visit, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer that time slot to someone on our waiting list. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (or “no-shows”) may be subject to a small fee.
3. Can I get a price quote before my service starts?
Absolutely. While our portal on Vagaro lists “starting at” prices, but every skin type & everybody is different. We offer complimentary consultations at the start of every appointment. Your professional will discuss your goals, the process, and the final price tag before any magic happens so there are no surprises at the register.
4. Can I go to the gym or the beach immediately after a facial or bleach treatment?
We recommend waiting 24–48 hours before heavy sun exposure, steam rooms, or intense workouts. Services like facials and skin bleaching leave your pores open and your skin more sensitive to UV rays and sweat. Think of it as a “rest day” for your face to let the active ingredients really work their magic.
